KIEV, Jan. 16 – A consortium of Greenworx Holding NV (Belgium) and Guris Construction and Engineering Co. (Turkey) has acquired a project for the construction of the 250 megawatt Zakhidno-Krymska wind power plant (Saki and Chornomorsky districts in Crimea) from Cypriot EuroUkrWind Ltd.

"We expect to obtain all of the required permits by April or May 2012 and attract a loan by July 2012. Talks were held with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Finance Corporation. The two financial institutions expressed interest in the project," the Platts Energy in East Europe magazine reported, citing Greenworx's director, Tom Hanson.
