KIEV, Sept. 14 - Deutsche Bank AG London has offered up to $2 billion to Ukraine's Transport and Communications Ministry to finance projects, the ministry said in a press release carried by Interfax-Ukraine.

Ministry officials recently met with top executives of Deutsche Bank AG London for the CIS and Eastern Europe, the release says, noting that "for the first time in Ukrainian history, Deutsche Bank has offered up to $2 billion in financing to the Transport and Communications Ministry.
