KIEV, Jan. 10 - DTEK Holdings Ltd (Cyprus) will acquire a state-owned 45.103% stake in public joint-stock company Zakhidenergo, an electricity generating company, for the earlier proposed sum of UAH 1.932 billion.

At a meeting of the tender commission on Tuesday it was announced that the Kiev-based United enterprise for the assessment and examination of special projects and investment assessed the 45.103% stake in Zakhidenergo to be worth UAH 1.898 billion.
