KIEV, Jan. 3 – Atomenergomash, a subsidiary of state-owned EnergoAtom, has produced a first test batch of fuel rods and fuel bundles for fuel assemblies made by Russia's TVEL.

The press service of Atomenergomash reported that two sets of fuel rods and fuel bundles were made at the Atomenergomash's mechanical-repair plant created on the basis of the tool production facility of Yuzhnoukrainsk nuclear power plant.
