KIEV, Dec. 27 – Kharkiv’s Turboatom won a tender this month to upgrade a turbine of unit eight of Dobrotvirska thermal power plant (Lviv region), which is part of the power generating complex of Zakhidenergo.

The company said that it is planned to upgrade the K-160-130 steam turbine made by Turboatom and a low-pressure cylinder will be replaced, so that the capacity of the turbine will grow and its reliability and efficiency will expand.
