MOSCOW, Sept. 13 - Yandex Ltd., which runs Russia's largest Internet portal, will complete the creation of the Yandex.Ukraine company in September, the company reported, according to Interfax-Ukraine.

The new company's task is to sell advertising and develop Yandex services specifically for Ukrainian users.
