KIEV, Dec. 22 – There were no reasons to reshuffle the government before the end of the year as lawmakers still need to debate the 2012 budget draft, Parliamentary Speaker Volodymyr Lytvyn said.

Lytvyn responded to speculations that President Viktor Yanyukovych may have been considering to reshuffle the government by replacing some ministers.
