KIEV, Dec. 20 – The European Court of Human Rights decided to fast track an application from former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko concerning her arrest in Kiev, Interfax reported.

"The Court took the decision to give priority 1 to the case, Tymoshenko vs. Ukraine (application no. 49872/11), in view of the serious and sensitive nature of the allegations raised," the court said in a press release.
