MOSCOW/KIEV, Sept. 13 - ROSNO Insurance Company has set up an affiliate company in Ukraine with statutory capital of about $6 million, according to a company announcement carried by Interfax-Ukraine.

"The authorized Ukrainian bodies have registered the affiliate company of ROSNO in Kiev - ROSNO-Ukraine," the announcement reads, reporting that the founders of the new company are ROSNO and its specialized affiliates Alliance ROSNO Life and Alliance ROSNO Assets Management.
