MOSCOW, Dec. 13 - Ukraine in early December entered the Russian-Ukrainian joint venture - private joint-stock company Nuclear Fuel Production Plant into the register for corporations and individuals involved in business activities.

The company's charter has been registered and registration of the joint venture in regional bodies is underway, the Russian founder of the joint venture - fuel company TVEL, said in a press release.
