KIEV, Dec. 13 – Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry has proposed to increase excise duties on gasoline by 10%, to EUR 200 per ton, and make excise duties on all types of diesel fuel equal, boosting them by 11-138%, to EUR 100 per ton, the Kiev-based A-95 consulting group has reported.
The group said that the initiative is stipulated in a draft law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, which the Infrastructure Ministry has submitted to the Ukrainian cabinet.
