KIEV, Dec. 13 - The State Tax Service has supported a bill that proposes an increase in gasoline excise duty by 10%, to EUR 200 per ton, and the equalization of excise duties on all types of diesel fuel, increasing them by 11-138%, to EUR 100 pre ton, at the Tax Service department head Iryna Melnyk told reporters.

"The bill of the Infrastructure Ministry [on raising excise duties] was supported by the State Tax Service. The bill is likely to be passed. We are expecting it to come into force on January 1, 2012," she said.
