KIEV, Dec. 8 – The Ukrainian government has extended an agreement with Crimea Titan (Armiansk, Crimea) on the leasing of Irshansk Mining and Processing Plant (Zhytomyr region) and Vilnohirsk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (Dnipropetrovsk region), Oleksandr Riabchenko head of the State Property Fund, told the press in Kiev.

"The government has decided on the agreement to lease Irshansk Mining and Vilnohirsk Mining. We'll sign an amicable agreement with them," he said.

Riabchenko said that the agreement will foresee the restructuring of the existing debt of Crimea Titan, which is to be returned in five years.
