KIEV, Dec. 6 - Consumer prices in Ukraine increased by 0.1% in November after remaining unchanged in October, the State Statistics service reported.
Inflation from January to November 2011 stood at 4.4%.
Taken together, prices of foods and non-alcoholic beverages in November remained unchanged. However, prices of sugar and cereals with flour decreased by 7.1% and 5.2% respectively, while eggs went up in price by 12.7% and prices of milk, animal fats, cheese, creamery butter, dairy products and soft drinks rose by 1.1-4.1%. At the same time, prices of rice, fruits, vegetable oil, vegetables, meat, fish and products made of fish declined by 0.2-3.2%.
