On EU-Russia Summit sidelines, co complains about VAT treatment

PARIS, Dec. 6 – Transmashholding is not satisfied with the fact that Ukraine is not in a hurry to refund value added tax for exports of products made by its subsidiary – Luhanskteplovoz.

"The key issue is in Luhansk is the state's attitude to its export-oriented companies. We have a debt for VAT refunding close to RUR 1 billion," a representative of Transmashholding said on the sidelines of the EU-Russia Summit in Paris devoted to prospects of formation of the single transport space.
