KIEV, Sept. 12 - Myronivsky Khliboprodukt, a large Ukrainian poultry producer working under the Nasha Riaba trademark, and Commerzbank AG of Germany have signed a framework agreement for a ?25 mln loan.

As the bank reported, the agreement covers long-term financing of equipment supplies and services to be provided to Myronivsky Khliboprodukt by the Schmidt-Seeger firm of Germany and Cimbria of Denmark to expand the poultry farm's production facility.
