KIEV, Dec. 2 – Land reform under the current proposal before Parliament could cost Ukraine’s agro-industrial sector $12 billion in its first year, according to the president of the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club, Alex Lissitsa.

"We've calculated the possible losses if the land reform were to be passed in its present form. According to our assessments, in the first year after its adoption, the losses of the agro-industrial sector will reach $12 billion," he said at a roundtable in Kiev.
