KIEV, Dec. 2 - Ekotechnik Praha (the Czech Republic) will begin constructing the first solar power station in Ukraine's Dnepropetrovsk region in 2012, the regional administration's information department said in a statement.

The company's subsidiary, Ekotechnik Ukraine, will act as the general contractor for the project, investments in which are estimated at around 100-110 million euro.
