KIEV, Nov. 30 – The average size of a deposit at Ukrainian banks has exceeded UAH 7,900, according to a report by the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund.

"Compared to 1999 the number of depositors at the fund's provisional participants jumped by 7.6 times, to 34.8 million people and deposit volume skyrocketed by 74.7 times, to UAH 276.4 billion, and the average size of a deposit rose from UAH 806 to UAH 7,937," reads the report.
