KIEV, Nov. 30 – Facing increasing unrest from Chernobyl cleanup workers, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said he would fund an increase to their pensions by raiding other programs, including social assistance.

During the government meeting in Kiev on Wednesday, the prime minister once again announced the intention to increase pensions to this category of citizens.
