KIEV, Nov. 30 – The State Tax Service is strengthening control over operations of companies cooperating with offshore companies and is preparing proposals to create a new division for checking transactions with offshore companies, Deputy State Tax Service Head Serhiy Lekar said at a briefing on Tuesday.

"Special proposals and legal acts are being prepared. Controls over the operations of organizations that will work with offshore companies are being strengthened. We know that today that there is a requirement, according to which only 75% [of expenses] are included in expenses [of transactions with offshore companies]," he said.
