LVIV, Nov. 29 –Nauka, a Kiev-based research and industrial concern has launched a first facility in Ukraine that will produce nanoheterostructures for High-Brightness LED Devices (HBLED), concentrated solar batteries and powerful SHF transistors worth around $10 million.
The facility was launched on the basis of the co-founder of the concern – Karat research and industrial company, a subsidiary of public joint-stock company Electron Concern (both based in Lviv).
Nauka Director General Serhiy Larkin told the press that industrial production at the facility will start on December.
