KIEV, Nov. 28 – Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has been invited to make a state visit to Ukraine in 2012.
"We are planning to continue the dynamics of our bilateral relations in future. We hope to welcome Mister President Komorowski during a state visit to Ukraine in 2012," Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych said during a joint press conference with the Polish president in Kiev on Monday.
Yanukovych thanked Poland for "devoted support" to Ukraine's movement towards European integration.
The Ukrainian president also described the active bilateral relations between the countries as "natural." He added that Ukraine would welcome a delegation from Poland to attend the draw ceremony for the Euro 2012 European Football Championship.
