KIEV, Nov. 28 – The issue of the demarcation of the territories of the capital and Kiev region will be settled by the end of the year, said Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk, head of Kiev Regional State Administration.

"In general, I think that we have to sit down for talks [with the management of Kiev City State Administration] and settle this issue according to the protocol by the end of the year," Prysiazhniuk told reporters on November 25.
