KIEV, Nov. 29 – President Viktor Yanukovych has created national commissions that regulate the communications, information and energy sectors, liquidating the National Communications Regulatory Commission and the National Energy Regulatory Commission.

According to presidential decrees issued on Monday, the National Commission for Financial Service Markets Regulation and National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market have been created to replace the State Commission for Financial Service Markets Regulation and State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market (SCSSM).
