KIEV, Nov. 28 - Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski on Monday urged Ukraine to resolve the imprisonment of former prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko, saying the country’s bid to join the European Union hinges on it.
Komorowski joined his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych to attend the inauguration of the construction of a Polish military cemetery in Bykivnia near Kiev on a site of mass grave of Poles, executed in 1937-1940 by the Red Army.
