ODESSA, Nov. 25 – Ukraine in 2012 will invest UAH 600 million in the construction of a container terminal at the Quarantine Mole in the water area of Odessa maritime merchandise port.

"I can say on behalf of the [infrastructure] ministry that we'll invest UAH 600 million in the project next year. This is an example of an efficient public-private partnership," Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov said at a press conference in Odessa.

The ministry said that the port's own funds would be used to finance the project.
