KIEV, Nov. 21 – Criminal proceedings have been instituted in Moldova on charges of non-compliance with court ruling and an order has been issued for the arrest of president of the Ukrainian state-run enterprise National Nuclear Generating Company EnergoAtom Yuriy Nedashkovsky, according to the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia Ukraine (Mirror Weekly) newspaper.

At the same time, the head of EnergoAtom was also put on a wanted list. Nedashkovsky himself confirmed this information in an interview with the newspaper.
