KIEV, Nov. 18 – The possibility gaining the Ukrainian aircraft industry's a bigger share of the world market should not be thwarted by the absence of a system to encourage aircraft exports from Ukraine, Antonov Enterprise President and Chief Designer Dmytro Kiva said.

Systems to stimulate aircraft leasing are used around the world, primarily in the countries producing these high-tech products, Kiva said during a panel discussion entitled "The Transformation of Ukraine's Military-Industrial Complex: The Main Principles of Activity Under New Conditions" held by the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Kiev on Thursday.
