MOSCOW, Nov. 18 - Russian oil major Lukoil is considering renewing operations at Odessa Oil Refinery and is looking at various alternatives, Lukoil President Vagit Alekperov told Interfax-Ukraine.
Losses from the refinery standing idle are estimated at $6-$8 million per year, Alekperov said. "This is a matter of personnel. All the main [facilities] are in working condition and personnel are servicing them," he said.
