KIEV, Nov. 16 – The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe has said that melange, a liquid oxidizer for liquid-fuel rockets, has been removed from the western and central regions of Ukraine.

The press service of the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine told Interfax-Ukraine that on Wednesday the last portion of melange was loaded into railway cisterns at a military base near Bila Tserkva in Kiev region for further transportation and disposal under a joint project of melange disposal.
