KIEV, Nov. 15 – Kiev Mayor Oleksandr Popov will make a visit to Japan on November 14-19 to mark the 40th anniversary of the twinning of the cities of Kiev and Kyoto and to meet with managements of leading Japanese companies, the city state administration said.

During the visit in Tokyo, Popov will meet with the managements of Japanese corporations that have given preliminary agreement to participate in several infrastructure modernization programs in Kiev. During the visit, it is planned to reach final agreements on terms and stages of their implementation.
