KIEV, Nov. 9 - The Cabinet of Ministers proposes to allow the reorganization of state-owned Naftogaz Ukrayiny and its subsidiaries which deal with gas transportation through trunk pipelines (or distribution pipelines) and gas storage in underground gas storage facilities.

According to a draft law on amending certain legislative acts of Ukraine to ensure the reform of the oil and gas sector, which was registered in parliament on Tuesday, the reorganization of Naftogaz can be carried out only on the orders of the Ukrainian government.
