KIEV, Nov. 10 – The Ukrainian government has approved a draft law on the ratification of an agreement with the Azeri government on cooperation in oil transportation via Ukraine, Deputy Energy and Coal Industry Ministry Volodymyr Makukha announced.

"This is an intergovernmental agreement that defines the framework of conditions of work. This concerns potential volumes of Azeri oil transit through Ukraine. Ukraine will provide the facilities to transit oil in various directions," he said.
