KIEV, Nov. 7 – The State Agency for Investment and National Projects Management (Ukrnatsproekt) is planning to hire a financial consultant for work on the construction of a liquefied natural gas terminal by the end of 2011, the head of the state agency, Vladyslav Kaskiv told reporters in Kiev.

"We are looking for a financial consultant for preparations for forming a consortium of investors in the terminal [construction]… We hope to choose one by the New Year," he said.

According to Kaskiv, at best, the consortium will be formed in spring 2012.
