KIEV, Sept. 7 - The Worldwide Chemical LLC Company (the United States), an investor in Siverskodonetsk Azot Amalgamation, has worked out a memorandum concerning the situation around closed company, and is planning to present it to the U.S. Congress.

As Worldwide Chemical LLC Vice President James Grant, a former U.S. Congressman, said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine, 25 membersof the U.S. Congress have already sent a letter to President Viktor Yushchenko, expressing concern about the situation around Azot.
