KIEV, Sept. 7 - The Agriculture Ministry admits that there may be a possible reduction in the sowing of winter crops this year due to low prices for grain from the new harvest.

"Unless measures are taken in the grain market, areas under winter crops may be reduced," Agriculture Minister Oleksandr Baranivsky said at a press conference, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
