BRASILIA, Oct. 26 – Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff have said that they are planning to attend the first launch of the Ukrainian Cyclon-4 rocket from the Brazilian Alcantara Launch Center in 2013.

In their joint declaration on the results of bilateral talks in Brasilia on Tuesday the presidents noted progress in development of the space project. The presidents expressed confidence in the successful launching of the Cyclon-4.
