KIEV, Oct. 26 – Ukraine and the EU have agreed on all of the key parameters of the agreement on a free trade area, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Trade Andriy Kliuyev has written on his blog on the Web site of the Korrespondent publication.
He said that that agreement had been reached that Ukraine would not be financially responsible for the suspension of gas supplies to the EU.
"But initially the EU put forward, in fact, a discriminatory condition for our country to offset the losses inflicted on European companies due to the halt in gas supplies through Ukraine," Kliuyev said.
