KIEV, Oct. 21 – The State Property Fund is planning in early November to announce a second tender on the privatization of energy companies, SPF head Oleksandr Riabchenko announced.

He said that this year the fund is planning to announce three tenders. On October 5, a tender to sell stakes in public joint-stock company Zakhidenergo and public joint-stock company Kyivenergo was announced.
