KIEV, Oct. 18 – The Regions Party has declared that the article under which former Prime Minister Tymoshenko was convicted will not be decriminalized even after the adoption a new version of Criminal Procedural and Criminal Codes.

The new version of the Criminal Procedural Code could be approved to the end of 2011, MP and leader of the Regions Party faction Oleksandr Yefremov said at a press conference on Tuesday.
