KIEV, Oct. 11 – DTEK and Donetskstal Iron and Steel Works are being allowed to take part in the next stage of a tender for the concession of the integrated property complexes of state enterprises Rovenkiantracit and Sverdlovantracit (both based in Luhansk region), a source in the Energy and Coal Ministry said.

The source said that the term for submission of bids finished by the end of the day on October 10, and the commission is planning to start assessing bids on October 14.

In early April the Cabinet of Ministers included Rovenkiantracit and Sverdlovantracit in the list of state–run enterprises that can be transferred to concession.
