MINSK, Oct. 7 – Ukraine is not considering itself as a Customs Union participant, but is ready to find ways of cooperating in mutually beneficial ways with the union, Ukrainian Ambassador to Belarus Viktor Tykhonov said.

"We are seeking options so as not to reduce the level of mutual work with the countries of the Customs Union, but rather increase it. One such option is to cooperate [with the Customs Union] under the 3+1 formula," he said in an interview with Interfax-West.
