KIEV, Oct. 4 – The European Business Association (EBA) has come out against the State Tax Service which denies the taxpayer's right to include in gross expenditures the negative value of taxation object calculated upon the results of the previous fiscal periods.

"The association expresses a concern that taxpayers are currently being deprived of the right to use the tax losses carryforward technique, which embodies the inclusion of the negative value of a taxation object, calculated by the results of 2010 performance, into the gross expenditures of the 2011 tax reports. The allegations of the taxmen lie in controversy in the legislation in force at the moment of reporting 2010 and Q1, 2011 fiscal activity," the EBA said in a press release.
