WARSAW, Sept. 29 – The signing of an agreement on the creation of a free trade area between Ukraine and the European Union will help improve the level of the Ukrainian economy, President Viktor Yanukovych said.

"The creation of a free trade area will certainly contribute to the movement of goods, and it [the free trade area] will create opportunities to improve the level of the economy and create new jobs," Yanukovych said at a press briefing in Warsaw on Thursday, after meeting with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.
