KIEV, Sept. 29 – The Foxtrot group of companies is planning to challenge the actions of law-enforcement bodies during searches of the group's premises and its warehouses, the co-founder of the group, Valeriy Makovetsky, has said.
"Our lawyers are working and drawing up complaints to the Prosecutor General's Office regarding illegal actions during searches. The documents were put in boxes without an inventory, stamps were taken without an inventory, and we saw hundreds of such illegal actions," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Thursday.
