KIEV, Sept. 28 - Ukrtransnafta, the monopolist in oil transportation, has announced a tender to process about 300,000 tons of Azeri light oil at Ukrainian oil refineries in the fourth quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2012.

According to the Economic Development and Trade Ministry, bids are to be accepted until October 27, 2011. Tender proposals will be disclosed on the same date.

Ukrtransnafta plans to sell fuel produced as a result of oil refining on the domestic market.
