KIEV, Sept. 27 – UEFA President Michel Platini has said that Kiev’s Olympiysky National Sports Complex, which is at the last stage of reconstruction, will be ready to host the Euro 2012 European Football Championship finals.

"The Olympiysky stadium will be ready for a concert by Shakira, and I hope it will be ready for the Euro 2012 finals. Some things are not finished yet, but I hope everything will be ready," he said at a press conference in Kiev on Tuesday, after visiting the stadium together with Ukrainian leaders.
