KIEV, Sept. 27 – Prime Minister Mykola Azarov supports the toughening of the rules of sale and purchase of cash currency, but he said that it is necessary to adjust them to reduce limitations of the freedoms of citizens.
"All of these measures should not restrict freedoms of people. If currency is obtained legally, it should be freely exchanged without any limitations," he told the press on Tuesday in Kiev.
"The NBU governor promised me that the board would consider and adjust all of the rules they have passed," Azarov added.
