KIEV, Sept. 21 – Ukraine will create all of the conditions to ensure the effective work of investors, President Viktor Yanukovych said at a meeting with U.S. businessmen in New York on Wednesday.

According to the presidential press service, Yanukovych invited the businessmen to active cooperation. He said that Ukraine was currently continuing to conduct the regulatory reform aimed at reducing the permit system by about 90%.

"We're talking about a revolution in this area," Yanukovych said.
